Farida Shah has over 20 years of experience in Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) programs globally, focusing on program management and quality improvement. Currently, she is the Head of Community Health and Donor Funded Programs at Aga Khan Health Services, Pakistan. Ms. Shah has led initiatives in Afghanistan and Pakistan, managing numerous grants and implementing quality programs across various provinces. She is an elected member of the International Confederation of Midwives for the Eastern Mediterranean Region and has contributed to several UN agencies and educational boards. Her expertise includes capacity building and resource mobilization in both development and humanitarian settings.
