Souher El Amouri is the Manager of Education, Research, and Practice Development at Al Jalila Children's Specialty Hospital. With a diverse nursing background, she has excelled in various roles, including staff nurse, unit manager, and college nurse instructor. An intuitive and results-oriented leader, Souher has served as the Chair of the SEHA Nursing and Midwifery Research Committee and the Chair of Evidence-Based Practice at Al Rahba Hospital. She is an abstract reviewer for the International Council of Nurses (ICN) Congress and has contributed as a reviewer for several journal articles. Souher has presented at numerous local and international conferences and has participated in multiple research studies focused on healthcare delivery. She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing and a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
