Currently serving as President of the Emirates Nursing Association, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the nursing landscape in the UAE. Dr. Alblooshi leads the taskforce committee for the Cabinet Initiative on the Attractiveness of Nursing Profession and drives the National Nursing and Midwifery Strategy, enhancing care quality nationwide. As an Honorary Associate Professor at MBRU and Director of Nursing at Emirates Health Services, Dr. Alblooshi blends academic excellence with hands-on leadership. Her contributions have earned her prestigious awards, including the Emirates Pride Medal and the Community Serving Medal. Internationally recognized, she is been honored with the "Pioneer Nurse title and inducted as a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing.
