I am a midwife and staff nurse with over 19 years of experience, currently working at the Royal Hospital, the largest tertiary facility in Oman. I graduated from Muscat Nursing Institute in 2004 and specialized in midwifery in 2008. Over my career, I've held various roles in the maternity unit, including staff nurse, senior nurse, and head unit nurse, currently overseeing 260 staff members. I have also contributed to projects at the Career Development Center and the PMS initiative at Royal Hospital. I am committed to lifelong learning and seek opportunities for professional development and career growth.
