Professor Kenda Crozier is the Head of the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Queen's University Belfast and formerly Dean of the School of Health Sciences at the University of East Anglia. Her research spans maternal mental health, organizational leadership, and midwifery models of care. She has authored four textbooks for midwifery and nursing students and contributed to advanced practice frameworks for midwifery in NHS England. Dr. Crozier is a member of the UK Council of Deans for Health and has led international educational initiatives in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
